Melissa Kipphut
Melissa has been with Weinstein Properties since 2008. She started as an Assistant Property Manager, became a Property Manager the following year and worked at several communities over several years until becoming the Recruiting Manager in 2016. In 2017 she stepped in to her current role of Assistant Director, HR – Recruiting and then moved to her current role of Director of Recruiting & Retention. Melissa has a passion for helping others find their career in Property Management and with Weinstein Properties. She enjoys being able to be a part of employees coming on board and thriving. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors like off-roading, kayaking, hanging out in hammocks, and hiking.
George Duvlaris
George started with Weinstein Properties in 2012. Prior to his role as a Recruiter he was a Maintenance Supervisor for some of our properties in Richmond, VA and Durham, NC. George loves his role as a maintenance recruiter because he is able to use his career experience in the maintenance field as a technician, a leader and a team builder along with his love for working with people and apply these skills to recruit amazing people to join our Weinstein family! Fun Fact – George loves to take family road trips, he has been all over the East Coast from Maine to Florida. He also loves to tinker, no matter what breaks he will try to fix it!
Ali Marrow
Ali joined the Weinstein Properties family in 2017 as a Leasing Consultant in Richmond, VA. In 2018 she moved to a Property Accountant role and was able to learn a lot of new things. In 2020 she joined the Recruiting Team where she loves that she gets to recruit and find great new people to join our company. Ali loves meeting and talking to candidates across the US and explaining why Weinstein Properties is the place to be! She is always looking to grow and learn new things and with WP, the opportunities are endless! Ali enjoys bartending, cooking for friends, reading a good book and spending time with her dog, Londyn.
Taylor Brown
Taylor started with Weinstein Properties in 2020 as an Assistant Property Manager in Raleigh, NC. He enjoyed his time in that role so much he wanted to help others find the same joy and he joined the Recruiting Team in 2021. Growing himself and others is his lifelong passion. He is dedicated to serving others and enthusiastically embodies the core values of Weinstein Properties which helps him match people with our company. When Taylor isn’t working, you might find him strumming his favorite tunes or catching his favorite icons watching professional wrestling.
Ryan Wooten
Ryan began working at Weinstein Properties in 2018 as a Leasing Consultant and was one of the first to join us in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Ryan has worked at many of our properties in the DFW area as we have continued growing there. He enjoys learning about others which is why recruiting is such a great fit. After almost 4 years of working onsite, Ryan knew he was ready to make a change to recruiting and find people that will love Weinstein Properties as much as he does. Some fun tidbits - Ryan is a Texas native, he enjoys watching professional wrestling, traveling, and he is also a self proclaimed car nerd.
Terie Criss
Terie embarked on her professional career with Weinstein Properties in 2022, initially serving as a Resident Service Representative before transitioning into her role as a recruiter. Her genuine passion for helping others shines through in both her professional and personal endeavors. Terie finds immense satisfaction in connecting with individuals, making recruiting a perfect match for her innate curiosity about others. Beyond the confines of her career, Terie channels her creativity into crafting furniture and art.
